As of December 2021, PwC Tanzania had eight partners and approximately 230 employees working out of offices in Dar es Salaam and Arusha, including twelve new graduates hired in 2021. In addition to the training received while working for the company in Tanzania, we develop our employees by sending them on long-term secondments to other PwC offices in Africa and Europe. For instance, in 2021, we sent nine Tanzanians on long-term secondments to other PwC offices in Africa and Europe.
