What You’ll Do
Role Purpose:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. This role is essential for understanding and analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align with Vodacom’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture, document, and confirm business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Analysis: Review and assess current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimizations to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Reporting: Present regular updates to stakeholders and management, summarizing key findings, project progress, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst role
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications and digital services, preferably in telecommunications
