We’re seeking an inspiring Strategic People Partner to lead People and Culture initiatives and align our people strategy with business goals.
Are you a natural collaborator who can guide and challenge our African entity leaders to align their people strategies with CAMFED’s mission?
Do you bring expertise in coaching and inquiry, with a firm belief that accountability rests with managers?
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance the employee experience across each African entity.
- Offer support on employee relations, development, and retention.
- Help executives analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive strategic decisions.
- Coach leaders to make People and Culture decisions that balance both local and global perspectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on people management.
- Excellent inquiry and coaching skills.
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization.
