
Head of Brand and Communications – HTMSL

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in the fintech industry or a related field is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (an MBA is a bonus!).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Branding: Create and implement brand strategies that align with our company vision and business goals, boosting brand equity and market presence.
- Consistency is Key: Set and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms.
- Communication Leadership: Develop a communication strategy that resonates with target audiences and showcases our brand’s message and values.
- Crisis Management: Be proactive in handling potential reputation issues with strategic communication plans.
- Media Relations: Build and sustain strong connections with top media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Public Materials: Lead the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other essential public-facing documents.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor brand performance through metrics to evaluate and refine strategies.
- Event Management: Plan and manage brand-related events, webinars, and industry conferences to boost visibility and audience engagement.
- Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and sponsorships that offer maximum brand exposure.
Core Competencies:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and metrics.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across diverse cultural backgrounds.
